Paua shell is a natural material, each shell is different and varies in colour and pattern. Each piece of jewellery is therefore unique and there will be colour variation from piece to piece. We will replace any jewellery where you are not entirely satisfied with the colour.
ORDERING
You can order via the website or by emailing, faxing or posting your order to us. Credit card payments can be made via Paypal and are subject to their terms and conditions of use.
Payment by cheques and postal orders are also accepted provided they are payable to Shore Line and drawn on a UK based bank account, in £ sterling. Items will be sent only when we have confirmation of cleared funds in our Bank account. In every case we will confirm receipt of your order.
TAXATION
All prices include UK Value Added Tax.
If you are purchasing from abroad then you will be responsible for any local taxes and duties, should they apply.
AVAILABILITY
We will advise you within 48 hours of your order should any item be unavailable.
Once advised of the expected timescale of your delivery, if you wish, you may choose to cancel your order and a full refund of any monies received by us will be made. If this applies to part of an order then a refund of the applicable amount received will be offered. |
