We charge a flat rate of £3.00 sterling for postage and packaging anywhere in the world(including UK value added tax).
All items are sent by Royal Mail.
Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery in the UK and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world. All timescales are from the date of receipt of funds into our bank account and are approximate.
RETURNS POLICY
Please contact us as soon as posssible with any replacement or refund requests.
The jewellery must be undamaged and sent in its original packaging and with the original invoiced receipt.
Returns must be received within 28 days of receipt by you.
No postage or packing charges apply when sending you replacement items.
